Terms of use of the certificate

• Gift Certificate "IQDIAMONDS" (hereinafter referred to as "Gift Certificate") is a plastic bearer card with a fixed nominal value, having an individual identification number. A gift card for the amount of its face value.

• The gift certificate «IQDIAMONDS» can be used when buying goods on the website IQDIAMONDS.ru and branded stores and showrooms under the trademark "IQDIAMONDS"

• The gift certificate cannot be used to receive funds.
• The gift certificate is valid for the period indicated on it. After the specified period, the unused Gift Certificate is canceled. Funds for cancelled Gift Certificates will not be refunded.
• Gift certificates are accepted for payment in the "bearer" mode.
• If the value of the goods purchased by the Bearer using a Gift Certificate is less than its nominal value, the difference is not paid.
• If the value of the goods purchased by the Bearer using a Gift Certificate is greater than its nominal value, the Bearer pays the difference by depositing cash at the store's cash desk, or using a credit (payment) card, while summing several Gift Certificates is allowed.
• The exchange and return of goods of improper quality purchased using a Gift Certificate is carried out exclusively at the place of sale, in accordance with the procedure and terms provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Products purchased using a Gift Certificate are subject to discount systems provided by club, discount and /or savings cards valid at the time of purchase of the goods by the Buyer.
• Receiving and using a Gift Certificate means the unconditional consent of the Seller and the Bearer of the Gift Certificate with these Rules. The Seller undertakes to familiarize the Bearer with these Rules when handing over the Gift Certificate to the Bearer.
